Something Different
What follows is a collection of essays I wrote over the last couple years for people who sense that something essential is missing from the way communication is usually discussed in today’s world. Rather than focusing on “communication styles,” scripts or quick wins, this body of work explores communication as a discipline of restraint, discernment, and responsibility.
Each of these pieces grew slowly and that is how they are meant to be read, slowly. They are offered freely, without urgency or expectation, for those willing to think carefully and return often.
