With over two decades of professional experience working daily in high-conflict professional environments such as community association management and debt collection, Cameron has taken his years of classroom training in communication, leadership and conflict resolution to develop and teach Formative Communication as a discipline.

A graduate from Southern Utah University in Communications, along with training from various organizations, most notably, intensive certified training in Conflict Resolution and Mediation Skills from Northwestern University, Cameron has the educational and experiential foundation with the aim of helping you reduce conflict within 90 days.
