If you’re reading this, it is because you have a deep desire to become better at communication. It’s possible that you have attended many courses, classes and workshops on communication improvement, but have found all the tricks, techniques and systems have had no lasting effect.

A New Approach to Communication

I will share the answer, but it may surprise you.

It’s because Transformational Communication, Conflict Management and Difficult Conversations start with YOU, not the other person. That’s a theme many of these workshops and courses seem to skip or skim over, but it is the most essential part of understanding how to be prepared for the next challenging conversation or unexpected conflict.

That’s not an easy thing to hear, but it is true and I can show you how your challenges in communications can be faced and even overcome, if you’re willing to put in the effort. It’s not an easy process, but I assure you, it is totally worth it.

My approach to communication skills improvement and communicating with others in general is multi-layered, but easy to remember.  I believe communication skills improvement is always a journey and never a destination.  That’s not to say there won’t be scenic stops along the way to take a rest and “take it all in,” but those who are serious about their connection to others and really trying to improve how they communicate will know there is no “final arrival.”

Additionally, I will not teach you how to manipulate or change others or their behavior. Instead, my process is about helping you to “become while being and to be while becoming.”
